Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at management@dogar.com.pk with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Sale or clearance items
• Perishable goods
• Downloadable or digital products
• Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with photos of the damage.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
